Frequently Asked Questions

  • We understand that your schedule may change; however, missed appointments or those canceled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee for 50% of the scheduled service(s). To avoid fees, please give at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that the reservation time may be made available to others.

  • A credit card is simply used to “hold” your reservation. It is charged only if you “no show” to your appointment or give less than a 24-hour notice.

  • That’s fantastic! We will accept the gift card/certificate upon check out from your service. A credit card is still required to simply “hold” the reservation. Your credit card will not be charged unless you give less than a 24-hour notice or no show to your appointment.

  • We cannot allow children to accompany you to your appointment for safety and relaxation purposes. We ask that you arrange childcare while you are at Pearl’s Spa. With many of our services, there are unseen dangers that could potentially harm your child, you, or our service provider if an accidental situation were to occur. If children are with you, please know that we will reschedule your appointment and charge for the services reserved.

  • Pearl’s Spa is located in Historic Downtown Acworth on Main Street. Directly across the street from Pearl’s Spa is public parking. There is also parking in front of all the stores on Main Street, as well as, behind the store on Center Street. If there are special occasions such as weddings or events being held in downtown, it can make parking challenging. We recommend you allow a little extra time to find parking for Pearl’s to enjoy your full appointment time.

  • Yes, please complete the electronic consent form(s) prior to your service. Complying with legal requirements and to make your experience personable and safer for you, a consent form is needed before a service can be provided. After initially booking a reservation, consent forms will be sent via text or email.

    Most commonly we hear, “I’ve filled out the consent form and it is not allowing me to submit it.” If you experience this, please make sure ALL FIELDS are completed for the system to allow you to submit the form.

    If you have electronic complications and require a paper consent form, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation time to complete the paper consent form in order to be taken into your service on time.

  • Calling 770-966-9099 is the BEST method of contacting Pearl’s Spa. You can also email info@PearlsSpa.org, which is checked daily during business hours. If you do leave a message on a Sunday or Monday (our closed days) then we will respond on Tuesday (our next business day).

    Social media is not the safest way to leave a message. Please refrain from sending us messages through Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, etc. These venues are not monitored on a routine basis and we may not respond as quickly. *We will also not consider these methods by which to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Here are a few tips from other guest experiences...

    1. Arrive at least 5+ minutes before your reservation so that you have extra time to park, use the restroom, disconnect, take a breather, and enjoy the relaxing environment of the spa.

    2. Wear comfortable/loose clothing, especially if you are receiving a massage. You may have massage oil or lotion on you after the service; therefore, ‘looser’ clothing tends to be a better option. Also, you may want to wear minimal jewelry or no jewelry to your appointment.

    3. If you have severe allergies, let Pearl’s Spa know on your consent form, but also let your Service Provider know in advance so they can provide the safest experience possible.

    (Example: I can’t have diffusers with essential oils in the room. The Service Provider can remove it before your visit.)

    4. Please avoid caffeine prior to services to ensure total relaxation. Caffeine is a stimulant and often prevents a guest from completely relaxing and laying still during their service.

  • Pearl’s Spa Estheticians and Massage Therapists are considered the absolute best and certainly have developed a loyal following! Therefore, they tend to be booked well in advance.

    To better ensure you get the day, time, and Service Provider that is perfect for you, book at least 2-3 weeks in advance. If you are making reservations for multiple guests, we advise 4-5 weeks in advance.

    We find that booking your next reservation upon leaving your appointment ensures that you get the reservation you want. If you need to change it, feel free to call the spa and allow us to help you find a better date and time.
